Hotel is Rare for Proximity to Lake Michigan

MANISTEE, Mich. July 18, 2023—A new hotel with direct views and access to Lake Michigan is now open in Manistee, Michigan.
The Hampton Inn & Suites in Manistee is directly across from the First Street city beach at 101 Lakeshore Drive. The new five-story hotel has 102 rooms, with balconies for rooms facing Lake Michigan. A patio on the ground level includes firepits and a beach bar. The fifth floor includes an event space and 80-seat restaurant with stunning views of Lake Michigan and the Manistee River.
From the Indiana border to Traverse City there are very few lodging options on Lake Michigan.
