New details about the proposed five-story hotel in Manistee County
On Thursday night, the Manistee Planning Commission spent more than four hours talking about a new Hampton Inn Hotel across from First Street Beach.

The proposed Hilton-branded, five-story hotel is expected to be completed in April 2022 and would replace the two-story Lakeshore Motel now at the property along Lake Michigan.
